Request deletion without the app
Enter the Indian mobile number used for Chat Street. We create a private request and may verify that you control the number before processing it. Never enter an OTP, PAN or bank account on this page.
What is deleted or retained
Profile and contact data, device tokens, location, Chatter verification images and masked payout profile are deleted or de-identified. Normal messages follow the seven-day removal schedule. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, and report evidence may remain only where necessary for accounting, legal obligations or user safety, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
