By using Chat Street, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Chat Street helps adults have respectful real-time text conversations with approved human Chatters and clearly labelled fictional AI characters.
Who may use Chat Street
You must be at least 18 years old, use a mobile number you control, provide accurate verification information, and follow applicable law. One person may not impersonate another or evade a suspension.
Speak kindly and protect privacy
Do not threaten, harass, hate, sexually exploit, defraud or abuse anyone. Do not send illegal content, spam, malware, explicit sexual material, or another person’s private information. Do not pressure users to share phone numbers, addresses, payment details or other personal information. Chat Street may filter messages and review reported evidence to enforce these rules.
Coins, gifts and earnings
Coins are limited digital service units used inside Chat Street; they are not cash, bank deposits or transferable currency. The applicable coin charge is shown in the app. Virtual gifts cost the displayed number of coins. Approved Chatters may accrue earnings under the rate and eligibility rules shown in the app. Withdrawals require verification and may be delayed or rejected for security, compliance or invalid information.
Chatters
Only eligible adult female users may apply as Chatters under the current programme rules. Approval is manual and may be refused or revoked for safety or policy reasons. Verification photos and the approved first name must belong to the applicant.
AI characters
AI characters are fictional, use AI-generated profile images, and are labelled throughout profile, active-chat and history screens. They are not verified people or approved human Chatters. Selecting “Start AI chat” sends recent messages from that conversation through OpenRouter to OpenAI GPT-5.6 Luna to generate replies. Generated replies can be inaccurate and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or emergency decisions. AI characters do not receive Chatter earnings or virtual gifts. The normal chat timer and displayed coin rate apply, but a provider failure that automatically ends the AI session is not charged.
Safety, availability and accounts
Human matching is random among eligible available Chatters in the selected language and is not guaranteed. Users can end, block and report conversations. We may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users or the service. You may permanently delete your account in the app or through the web request page.
Service changes
The service may occasionally be unavailable or change as we improve it. To the extent permitted by law, Chat Street is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
