Child Safety Standards

Effective 24 August 2026

Chat Street is an adults-only text-chat service. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to sexualise or endanger a child.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not create, upload, request, share, promote, store or link to content that sexually exploits or endangers a child. Users must not seek sexual contact with a minor, solicit sexual images from a minor, impersonate a minor for sexual purposes, or facilitate child exploitation. Attempts to move such activity to another service are also prohibited.

In-app reporting and enforcement

Every chat provides report and block controls. A user can end a conversation, block the other account and report the conversation for safety review. Reports may preserve relevant evidence so trained administrators can investigate. We may remove content, prevent contact, suspend or permanently disable accounts, preserve evidence, and take other proportionate safety action.

Reporting to authorities

Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, child exploitation or an immediate risk to a child, we preserve relevant information and report to the appropriate regional or national authority as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorised agencies. We do not notify a suspected offender when doing so could increase risk or interfere with an investigation.

Privacy and evidence

Normal chat transcripts are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Evidence connected with a safety report may be retained longer for investigation, legal compliance and user protection, with access limited to authorised personnel. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Safety contact

For child-safety or CSAM compliance matters, contact contact@innovfix.in. Do not email illegal images or videos. Use the in-app report control to identify the relevant conversation.
